1. Changes to Terms

RenoHost Inc. may, at its sole discretion, update, amend, or replace these Terms of Use at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of this Site, in whole or in part, after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updates, you must immediately stop using the Site, its Content, or any Services.

This Site and all Content are provided for general informational purposes only. RenoHost Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of the Content for any purpose. 9. Injunctive and Equitable Relief

You acknowledge that breaches of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to RenoHost Inc. that cannot be adequately compensated by monetary damages. RenoHost Inc. may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to enforce these Terms without the requirement to post a bond or prove actual damages.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with RenoHost Inc. and any other agreements you may have with RenoHost Inc., constitute the full understanding between you and RenoHost Inc. regarding the Site, Content, Services, and other property, replacing all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings. No other agreements, representations, or warranties are part of these Terms except as expressly stated.

11. Extended Meanings

Unless the context requires otherwise, singular terms include the plural, gendered terms include all genders, and “include” or “including” shall mean “include without limitation” or “including without limitation.”

12. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without RenoHost Inc.’s prior written consent. RenoHost Inc. may assign or delegate its rights or obligations at its discretion without notice.

13. Waiver

Failure or delay by RenoHost Inc. to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and does not prevent enforcement of the same or other provisions in the future.

14. Severability

If any provision or part of a provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15. Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and RenoHost Inc.

16. No Third-Party Rights

These Terms are for the benefit of you and RenoHost Inc. only and do not create rights for any other party.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any disputes arising from your use of this Site or Services, are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any disputes. Professional tradespeople bound by a separate Professional User Agreement shall follow the terms of that agreement where conflicts arise.

18. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions, group proceedings, or representative actions regarding any dispute arising from these Terms or this Site. Claims may not be consolidated without RenoHost Inc.’s express written consent.
